We have announced the dates for our Summer Intensive 2025! The Summer Intensive is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the work with an ensemble of like minded actors looking to deepen their understanding of the technique how to apply it to text. We work from a common text so that we are able to delve into the elements of the work that we cannot often get to in a traditional class, such as objective atmosphere and relationship gestures, ensemble building, and group improvisation. In 2024 we welcomed Katie Honaker and the Miller Voice Method work, Belinda Mello and the Alexander work, and Fern Sloan, our guest faculty with the Chekhov work. Combining disciplines, it is a comprehensive training that is aimed at training the body to be highly attuned to the psychophysical process. Stay tuned to learn of our 2025 faculty! The Summer Intensive is all about application, so whether you have studied some of the basics in another class or you have tried to bring this work into rehearsal, this course will offer you practice at assimilation and experience in bringing this work more deeply into your acting process.
