DESCRIPTION
This is an introductory course designed to offer the actor an experience of Michael Chekhov's psychophysical approach to acting. We will prepare the actor’s awareness of her body and imagination, tapping into the resource of each through the practice of qualities of movement, the three centers, psychological gesture, and the three sisters. With this foundational course, you will be welcome to join a scene study class at the studio as well as the Summer Intensive.
