DESCRIPTION

This course is designed for the Chekhov practitioner who has a firm grip on the fundamentals of the work and is curious about the many ways to apply it to text. This class is by invitation only so that we can use a short hand with the technique and really spend most of our time on the material and what goes into making a choice! We will start each day with a warm up led by Bethany and then we will set a timer and work on each scene. The course size is low so that we can ensure that you will work in each class. I will choose the material for each participant, but if there is a play that you are eager to work on, we can fold it in provided it also works for your scene partner. For this course, you are not able to register until you've had an interview with Bethany. Feel free to write to the studio to express your interest!
