DESCRIPTION

This course is designed for the Chekhov practitioner who has a sense of the fundamentals of the work and is curious about the many and sundry ways to apply it to text. If you have taken an introductory course at the studio or have been introduced to the work through a colleague or sister studio, you would be most welcome to join this class. We will start each day with a warm up led by Bethany and then we will set a timer and work on each scene. The course size is low so that we can ensure that you will work in each class. I will choose the material for each participant, but if there is a play that you are eager to work on, we can fold it in provided it also works for your scene partner. That is the fun part, I am sure we can get to it!
