100 HOUR TRAINING PROGRAM

DESCRIPTION

This program was designed to take the actor through an immersive training in the Michael Chekhov Technique. The program spans 1 year and 8 courses. Each course varies in length of time as well as subject matter. It was created to balance the actors learning process between the rigor of technique as well as the practical (and sometimes playful) needs of the actor to be loose and free with their work. As Chekhov said, a technique serves the actor, an actor doesn't serve a technique. By the end of this program, it is my desire that each actor has found a way in which the Chekhov work can serve them, either by expanding their imaginations, developing the actors relationship to their body as a resource, or simply learning how the psychological gesture can support objective! The program includes participation in the following courses: Fundamentals I Fundamentals II Scene Study Module 1: Character Workshop Module 2: Psychological Gesture Workshop Module 3: Imagination Workshop Advanced Scene Study Summer Intensive 2025 Each course can be taken a la carte and you can pay as you go, but if you decide to purchase it all at once, you get a 5% discount which amounts to $175 off the total price. A la carte, this is a value of $3,510. With the discount, it comes to $3,335. And if you would like to pay in cash, I can offer a further discount.
